Thank you to the amazing supporters who helped cover his transport cost. Because of your kindness, he is finally safe at the Second Chance Hospital & Sanctuary. 🤍

But transport was only the beginning.

The reality is far worse than we feared.

Standing is agony for him. One hoof is so badly damaged that it has rotted deep inside. The other has grown so abnormally that he cannot place weight on it properly. He has stomach problems, swollen eyes, skin disease, and a large tumour on his chest that has now burst.

From head to hoof, he is suffering.

We do not yet know how long his recovery will take. Weeks? Months? We simply don't know.

What we do know is that he now needs diagnostics, medication, wound care, specialist hoof treatment, nutritious food, and months of dedicated care.

Please help us give this gentle soul a real chance. Transport got him here. Treatment is what will save him. 💔🫏
