Xavier Clarke, who impressed North Melbourne’s panel for the senior coaching gig, could be on line for a promotion to a senior assistant role under Jaymie Graham.

Tom Lynch, and Zane Littlejohn could also be line-coaches for 2027.

@trimbowlme 10 games ? He’s here for 8 years bruh

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

I want to say to Brady Rawlings, from the Vision I’ve seen, I want to say I’m sorry for doubting you. Even tho Murray isn’t a roo, you did everything you could possibly do.

Besides from that, we have a NGA prospect we have rights too. Coming out tonight.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

Let’s hope we draft someone great with pick 33 and show Adelaide what they missed out on, if Murray had 1 year left, this would have been done yesterday, but because he has 2 he’s theirs (for now).

Roughy, ur not a genius, didn’t do jack shit this year.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

North fans, it’s all good. Blake Thredgold will be our saviour with a full pre-season under his belt (touch wood).

I’m sure we’ll be after Nick Murray again next year and may throw our hat in the ring for SDK and Lachie ash (free agent).

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

The Nick Murray deal is effectively out of reach. You can’t make this up. It’s clear as day Rougheads head is shaking and he doesn’t want a bar of it if it isn’t pick 20. No more over thinking it. Onto the draft with pick 33 it is.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

Giants list boss visited the North rooms, something could be happening 🍿

Brady is very happy to do a deal with other clubs in order to get pick 20 to satisfy Adelaide.

Brady is pitching ideas to Giants.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

North Melbourne approached Aidan McCartney with a 4 year deal before he nominated North because it is believed that Aidan was heavily considering Sydney.

Aidan will sign after being selected due because prospects aren’t allowed to sign deal before being drafted.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

@JD_ONEE Well no Jase. They want to keep him because they have no key defensive depth in the back half with afl experience.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

Why are the crows such numb nuts to deal with? He’ll end up playing 7 games next year and those 7 games may not mean anything. It may be on and off as well.

Pick 33,49 and future 1st is so much, it’s something a team would offer a player that’s a B+. He’s a C at the moment.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

@GAB84445596 @kangalegend We will have 2029 picks to use next year

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

- Callum Twomey has said that the deal for Josh Goater could be done early and is likely to be future picks.

- If North are going to make a deal with Adelaide for Nick, it is likely to be very late and could even be last second.

Very very intriguing last day, I’m all in!

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

@kangalegend You bet ur bottom dollar we will

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

@j_wolfe26 @PiesWrldd He is but he’s more likely to be cleared possibly before pre-season

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

I don’t want to keep harping on this but it has become apparent that Nick Blakey was not actually apart of the things that happened inside the hotel and the club suspended him without actually consulting or getting the most detail out of him.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

Brady Rawlings spoke to the press and stated that the list management/footy department team spoke to the board about inquiring for Blakey and they were super supportive despite not knowing if Blakey will play round 1, 2027.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

Hopefully this Blakey trade means that I don’t have to watch us Vs. west coast in fear thinking we’re a real chance of losing 😭

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

The 2 factors for Blakey choosing North was 1. The contract and the trust the club has in him.
2. The talk Jaymie Graham had with him after he completed his medical.

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

Your spot has been kept warm 🦎

[Kangasmedia @KangasMedia_]

Sam De Koning may be available and could be easier to get than Murray.
