I recharged 500 rupees on my Metro card through the DMRC app, although both the DMRC app and Paytm showed a successful transctn. Paytm shows deduction, but DMRC isn’t accepting it. The DMRC app also asks for a 9-digit order ID, while Paytm only provides a 12-digit UPI number.
