Pune’s Ambegaon saw yet another tragedy — a man allegedly died by suicide after constant harassment from his wife and in-laws.
Before taking the step, he recorded a video… a final cry nobody listened to.
A case is now registered at Ambegaon Police Station — like always, after he’s gone.

How many more men need to die before the system wakes up?
How many suicides will it take for India to accept that men are victims too?

✓ Atul Subhash, a 34-year-old Bengaluru techie, died by suicide on 9 Dec 2024. He left a 24-page note + 80-minute video accusing relentless legal harassment, false cases (multiple 498A/DV-style complaints), ₹3 crore demand, and separation from his 5-year-old son.

✓ He dragged himself to 120 court dates across two cities in just 4 years.

✓ Even after his death, a Bengaluru court adjourned the case for a full year (to Nov 2026) because “the judge was on leave.” (Later slightly shortened after public outrage, but the scandal remains.)

✓ Section 309 BNSS (new 2024 law replacing CrPC 309) explicitly says cases “shall be heard day-to-day” to avoid delay. Courts routinely ignore it. No penalties, no compensation, zero judge accountability.

✓ Extra-marital mess or not, this is the reality men face.🔥
