@morgancheatham Mental health… There is no quick fix - growth at any cost in areas where therapeutic alliance is the key to recovery! There is no Uber for Healthcare and Chatbot for Therapist. But AI and ML can assist to upskill therapists and solve systemic problems without replacing humans!

Talked to a health insurance exec at a brunch this AM. Asked him for some off the record thoughts on working with startups and what he really thought of pilots.

He said “It’s so cute that they think we’re serious. We just do them so our staff doesn’t get bored.”
