@nsitharaman @FinMinIndia @FdOdisha @CMO_Odisha @PMOIndia @MKKaushik24 Respected all, today my transport vehicle is being stopped at Bolangir, Odisha by some GST officers. There was typographical error in the vehicle number with a single digit error by my staff and the GST officers are asking for tax penalty of 60k where as per the GST Circular no. Circular No. 64/38/2018-GST that it should be a penalty of 500 for typographical mistakes per error.

Where as per the circular every vehicle documents are correct including vehicle route, a small error of a typing mistake can’t cost 60k.

Now, what’s the intention of calling the owner from Sambalpur I.e. 150kms away for resolving this matter by the GST officers?

The vandalism threats by Municipality at bargarh town to house owners whose papers are not proper is executed in a pathetic manner, this giving residance a refuge feeling who is leaving there from last 80 years
