@African_Spring Everyone knows about this, but nothing is done about it. Easy to stop. Officials at the borders are corrupt and needs to be replaced, but lots of people in the line to collect money from this process…like a mafia…so incentive to keep to officials in their jobs

@Oom_Rugby opportunity. So some talent is missed if you are not in the right school. A good team also highlights talent of individual players. I had an experience like this on junior level Craven Week. I played propped and scrummed the players from top schools that they cried.
