and at that point they could be working full time so the answer becomes significantly harder to answer

Higher quality content costs more and to have someone that can run the whole YouTube side of your content is gonna cost more

And if I was the editor/manager in place doing all the workI would want goals in place were if I did better I would get more in return or a % of revenue earned

@Gamenadian It really all comes down to the type of YouTube video. Podcast videos or talking videos can be easier to edit or you can have a finished 10 minute YouTube video that takes 10hrs to edit.

Depending on the content all together that could easily be 100hrs if not 150 to 200hrs
