@airindiain It has been more than 6 months that i have filled for my refund and i still haven't got my money back. I have been shooting mails, messages, calls, every possible thing that i am able to do from my end. Can you guys please process the refund or tell us the next steps.

@airindiain I genuinely don’t understand why are you guys not allowing the customer to reschedule the flights, our almost 1 lakh is stuck with Air India but no response from any of your customer support. This is highly unprofessional

@airindiain I have been trying to reach out to the customer care number provided by Air India from almost an hour but the number is not getting connected. This is highly irritating, i have already written to [email protected] but no response from there as well.

@qatarairways This is with reference to a booking we made with Qatar airways where we requested for a refund as our tickets got cancelled due to covid-19. We got a mail from qatar airways saying that the refund has been processed, but it’s been more than 28days and no refund yet.

@airindiain Hi, I had 3 bookings with Air India. One domestic and two international which got cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown. There has been no information on the refund/credit Vouchers. Could you please sort this out.

@IndianEmbassyUS If someone is traveling from India to the US on a tourist visa, does he/she will be taken under quarantine by the govt or they will be on a stay at home order for the next 14days.

@airindiain There were no flights from Bangalore to Delhi. Could you please help us with the same.
Also, i have existing international plus domestic booking with Air India could we use the same amount book the evacuation flights?
