Kling Ai sucks. They take your money, then lock you out of your account so that you cannot get your money back or access your existing projects. Customer service is useless to assist as well. This is not coming from a disgruntled customer either. I actually love the creator, but if I cannot get into my account it doesn’t matter good good it is or isn’t, and I don’t want to see anyone err else get screwed like I did so I’m yelling everyone else to stay away!!!

IMO, @kling_ai has the most horrific customer service I’ve ever experience. I lost months worth of work and a good amount of remaining credits because they cannot figure out how their own login system works. This is not an exaggeration either. You can DM me for details if you like. I would stay away if I were you. There are other providers.
