@StagecoachEScot I’m on the 1850 8 bus from Union Square, it was 4 mins late getting to the stand and I’m now sat on the bus which has still nor moved, what’s the reason for this please? It’s 10 mins late on departing
@StagecoachEScot can someone please tell me why on your website it says there’s a bus into Portlethen at 8am from Aberdeen but when you get to the station the next bus isn’t until 0830?
@FDAfood I’m travelling to the USA from Scotland next week.I have a severe peanut allergy and the FSA in the UK have advised anyone with a peanut allergy should avoid anything that contains or may contain mustard due to CC of products from an Indian supplier. Is the USA affected?
@sarah_fender@wembleystadium@coldplay I’ve been on hold now for 2 hours 40 mins, I am no longer getting the option to press 1 for a call back, so I fear I’m lost sonewhere in the queue and god knows how long I am going to be holding to this wait music loop. So bad
@CalSleeper I’ve been sat on a train for 3 hours with no working toilet in the vicinity when I’d made Caledonian sleeper aware of my situation. This is nothing short of a disgrace.
@CalSleeper I have booked the 2143 Aberdeen to Euston service tonight. I have got to the train to be told that I need to change at Edinburgh, I have multiple sclerosis and need to be properly rested, I have asked if a cabin is available so that I do not have to change&have been
@CalSleeper@DarbandiKathryn I had to use the toilet. This is totally unacceptable and is causing me a great deal of anxiety as if I need to access the toilet urgently I will not be able to do so. This is not treating disabled people with the equality and dignity they deserve

@CalSleeper@DarbandiKathryn I’d also just like to make it clear that I am wearing a sunflower lanyard with the attached card. So as well as explaining to them, it is clear to staff onboard the train that I have hidden disabilities and no alternative has been offered at no extra cost
@CalSleeper@DarbandiKathryn I’d be extremely grateful if you could take a look through this thread. I am shocked by the service towards disabled customers and there’s a clear breach of the ATP, both at the lack of informing me and then the refusal to offer an alternative at no extra cost.
@CalSleeper Can you please check with a manager…this is from your website - If there is planned engineering work, our Guest Service Centre will contact you in the way you said you would prefer to be contacted when you booked assistance. They will tell you about any planned disruption and
@CalSleeper A club room with no working water for £200, As per my DM. Disabled people are disproportionately affected by the cost of living crisis&you are asking for an obscene amount of money when your policy states you will arrange alternatives for disabled people when there’s disruption.
@CalSleeper any breakdown in a disabled or older person’s ability to access the service in the way that was expected.
Obviously the consequences have not been thought nor cared about when a disabled persons ability to access the service that in the way that was expected this evening.
@CalSleeper Also from your ATP -We want to welcome as many disabled and older guests as possible. However, we are very mindful that there are additional considerations for safety and comfort when travelling on an overnight service. In turn, we take care to think through the consequences of
