When my son and I picked up my daughter after her first year at IU the only other thing I wanted to do was stroll through the Bloomington Community Garden. Ross Gay wasn’t there but what a delight to hear him on We Can Do Hard Things today.

1/2 Today, a publisher told me regarding the Go! Go! Sports Girls books, "Generally, kids who are active, don't read. Kids playing sports aren't readers." How ridiculous! This is 100% false! ACTIVE/SPORTY KIDS READ! This is what I am up against not only in the publishing world...
