Keep in mind, I’ve done everything exactly as they told me for my application. Meanwhile I am paying for @TSA precheck that I can’t use. So word to the wise- maybe don’t change your last name. TSA won’t change it for you. They don’t care. They’ll just take your money.

Applied for a last name change on my @TSA precheck in JUNE of this year and it has still not been approved. Have called multiple times, and today I was told I need to resend all of my information and start over, expecting at least another 45+ days.

Days before getting this thoughtful package, I had ordered Maggie a Halloween costume. A @ups costume so that she could match her heroes. Only one problem- we seem to never be home when our drivers stop by! I want to surprise them with her outfit. Help me out @ups! @Upworthy

My dog Maggie and our two UPS drivers, Sammy and Christie, love each other. They always stop to play with her and her love for @UPS knows no bounds. The other week they went above and beyond and left not one, but two (!) packages of toys for Maggie and the sweetest note.
