UNM TE Max Leeper, a true freshman, was listed at 205 pounds for his senior season at Claremont HS. Now, Leeper is listed at 228 pounds; 23 pound increase from Dec. 2025 to now. Pretty cool to see Leeper in the two-deep after a strong camp. #newmexico #unmlobos #golobos #mountainwest

As a mom of a player I just get "it was a good day" or "I could have done better".

So I love these updates so much. If you are a Lobo fan, hopefully you follow @ByEdgeGarcia for inside scoop.

Second 11v11 period:

- S Drew Speech blitz off the edge forced throwaway

- TE Max Leeper won a 50/50 ball for a big gain — Fa’avae delivered a good throw

- ED Albert Tuakalau was dominate against the run

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@ByEdgeGarcia Let's gooooooo Marco!!! 🔥

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@beauhightowerdn I have had it done a couple times. It sounds way worse than it is. They usually will spray a numbing solution on it and the needles are small. You got this! Hoping for negative results. 🙏

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@ByEdgeGarcia We really enjoy these updates. Thank you!

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@UNMLoboFB Go Marco!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

Leeper was one of my standouts yesterday. Balled out during team periods. Keeping an eye on his development going forward.

@KTLA One of the best roller coasters I've ever been on. That first drop was insane.

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@beauhightowerdn Speech pathologist here. It's great advice. It's a six year degree minimum and getting your Masters is NOT CHEAP. It's a specialized program and it is $$. You have to look at expected future salary and decide if it is worth it. It is a great job but you have to be prepared.

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@BeautyBabesBall @Coach_Eck @UNMLoboFB Thank you for having them!

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@SharrellAnne2 Thank you to your husband for his ultimate sacrifice.

This Twitter thread made my heart melt for all the amazing humans that are still out there.

[Kara Leeper @KaraHoosier]

@beauhightowerdn My husband LOVES the white one with the cartoon (which is the one that is the most expensive right now). I like the helmets with the Lobos script. You?
