yet the photo seems to be a bag full of random parcels

@Tenpin_Bowling I had to ring to book a laser tag party which is unable to book online. This resulted in £15 charges. Which is outrageous. Especially considering the person taking the call was obviously distracted by her arguing children and barking dog and out me on hold.
