Dennis Nyambane, who fatally stabbed his wife had reported to the police several times that his wife was assaulting him. The wife continued the abuse because Dennis appeared harmless and non-threatening.

On the fateful day, she struck him with a hammer. That is when Dennis became enraged and stabbed her several times with a knife and She died on the stairs.

Dennis was arrested and will be detained for 7 days. How the judge be fair to Dennis?
