Today, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has vindicated Smt. @MamataOfficial’s fight for the people's democratic right to vote freely and without fear.

The court has directed that supplementary electoral rolls be published to restore the voting rights of every legitimate citizen wrongfully erased by BJP's conspiracy.

BJP lost in the Court of Law. On 4th May, they will lose in the Court of the People. This is our Maa-Mati-Manush's victory. And it belongs to every single one of them.

Our four-member delegation has submitted a letter to @ECISVEEP and @CEOWestBengal raising serious concerns that demand immediate answers. Three days after the Kerala Assembly elections, complete polling data, including constituency-wise figures, vote percentages, and postal ballot statistics, remains unpublished.

We have also flagged the deeply troubling precedent from the 2024 Andhra Pradesh elections, where nearly 52 lakh votes were recorded between 8 PM and 2 AM, including 17 lakh votes after midnight, at a pace of one vote every 20 seconds. These irregularities were never explained.

With Bengal's elections underway, such opacity cannot be tolerated. We have demanded immediate publication of Kerala's verified polling data, time-bound data release protocols for all future elections, and robust audit mechanisms to prevent irregular voting patterns.

BJP’s attempt to brand Bengal’s housing efforts as a “failure” is a calculated distortion that collapses the moment one examines the facts in their entirety.

₹24,275 crore, meant for Bengal under Awas Yojana, was withheld by the @BJP4India-led Central Government. It was a conscious political decision to deny rightful funds to the people of Bengal, fully aware of the scale of dependence on such schemes.

Despite this obstruction, Smt. @MamataOfficial stepped in and committed ₹38,400 crore from its own resources, ensuring that more than 32 lakh families were not left without shelter.

Now pause and consider the CHRONOLOGY carefully.
👉🏻The Centre blocks funds.
👉🏻The State absorbs the financial burden.
👉🏻The people still receive homes.

What stands exposed here is not the performance of the State, but the intent of the Centre. It’s funny how facts have a way of outlasting narratives, and this one is already settled.
