@nsinghal211 Moreover, if the expectations for the returns are more than what is mentioned above, then you can look at the equity market (US & South Korea, not India) where most of the money is flowing into right now. But those returns are variable, not fixed and constitute a higher risk.
@nsinghal211 A bond with a good credit rating will provide 11-12% at the very max (9.13 to 9.96 lakhs p.a) and the returns are taxed at slab rate.
Also note that 10% TCS is deductible when monthly payments are made.
And that’s the best fixed returns that can be made in today’s market.
