So sad, I became a friend of Kyle in 2005, my Jeep had a problem and I was gaining and loosing power. I think it was a fuel injector. I stopped at a rest stop in SC and opened my hood, he was also there and came to my aid. Such a kind man, and he was so young … he followed me I think to Columbia (Triple A was sending me there).
He made sure I got there safely, we stopped and had dinner at a restaurant first and he followed me to my hotel to make certain I would arrive without my car breaking down.

We stayed in contact for a long time and then I changed my phone number and we lost contact.

It saddens me to think about him dying last week, too young. He still was so kind and personable. I hate this for his family and friends.

RIP, Kyle Busch. Gone but never forgotten.
