This is a huge problem for the State’s witness Officer Bagley. His entire testimony from September 10 is not true and it’s all on video showing he is not being honest!
HOLY SH*T:
The Judge presiding over Charlie Kirk's murder trial REJECTS the admittance of the State's "compilation" of videos and photos that allege Tyler Robinson was on UVU campus the day of Charlie Kirk's death.
The surveillance footage compilation, made by the Utah State Attorney Office, allegedly show Tyler Robinson on UVU campus twice before the shooting, once during, and once after the footage.
The compilation was REJECTED due alterations including zooming, highlights, and red circles to draw attention to certain details.
The Judge is skeptical of the video alterations and needs authentication.
The State reveals it does NOT have currently have the raw footage, without alterations, on hand.
"I'm sustaining the objection... 12.1 is NOT admitted."
LOL @AndrewKolvet talked about the overwhelming graphic evidence that would be presented today & then nothing was presented.
THERE’S NO FORENSIC OR VIDEO EVIDENCE TYING TYLER TO THE INJURY ON CHARLIE’S NECK. None.
Unless they show a video of Tyler on the roof w a gun it’s over
“literally numerous 4K cameras” yet the video entered into evidence today has no chain of custody, *numerous* edits, and cannot be verified?
cool story, everyone can see you guys are lying.
@paleochristcon Then why engrave his bullets with “pro-trans” messaging?
Either you’re trying to send a political message or you’re not.
Can’t have it both ways.
OFFICER BAGLEY: “I saw the prone position, where a person would be lying down as a sniper. I was looking for a spent shell casing but couldn’t find one.”
Why would someone who engraved messages onto their bullets pick up the spent shell casings?
@EvanAKilgore We've all seen that. What we haven't seen is the moment the shot was fired, which they have on camera, and won't show us even if it's actually presented in that court.
