EXPOSE THEM! The face of the Delaney Hall hunger strike was not arrested by ICE while buying diapers.

Martin Soto was arrested by local Kearny police on a domestic assault charge.

According to the police report, he allegedly “purposely” caused “bodily injury” to a woman by striking her in the face with his hands, leaving cuts and scratches on her face and neck.

He also allegedly placed a hand over her mouth so she could not call for help.

ICE took him into custody from jail the following day.

His wife led protests outside the facility for days, claimed the stress would cause her to miscarry, and raised more than $67,000 on GoFundMe while portraying him as a loving father snatched while running a simple errand.

The public narrative and the police record do not match.

A teacher gave his fifth graders a task: Get the parents to tell a story with a moral in the end. The next day, the children returned to school, where one by one they told their stories.

Little Johnny, who is known for embellishing any story, said, "Yes, I do. Dad told a story about Aunt Marie. Aunt Marie was a pilot in the Iraq War, and her plane was shot down.
