@IKEAUK @IKEAUKSupport customer service is shocking. Didn’t get what I ordered yesterday and paid £40 delivery. Told them i want a full refund and apparently won’t get the £40 back as this has s for a service and they said I’ve had that….what I’ve had is disgusting service 🤬

Disgusted with @IKEAUK @IKEAUKSupport as part order delivered today and next available delivery date is 7th and can only give 7-7pm time again after waiting in all day today will be requesting full refund and going elsewhere 🤬
