@TheWineSociety We gifted membership to my brother-in-law years ago. Sadly he died suddenly in October 2023. My sister-in-law contacted you & had his shares transferred into her name. She has made several orders since and you keep addressing them to him!

It is now over a year since he died & there is no excuse for this. Please understand how distressing this is both to receive the items and to keep having to ring up and go through everything again. It is more than time to get your act together and get your systems sorted.
