The clause has been used 7 times outside of Quebec. 3 by Ford.

@deonandan The government needs to start working on PH messaging around how to have fun while mitigating your risk. Stop telling people to stay home when it’s not necessary and tell people how to do more while being safe with vax, masks, tests, and reporting numbers.
