@Headteacherchat We do ours with Yr5 but sleep in hall. In our county risk assessment and paperwork is the same as for a residential and has to be submitted to county. Staff ratios are higher too than a normal trip. Lots of fun though!

@Headteacherchat We have two ten minute drop off windows in the morning and three pick up windows in afternoon. Families drop all off at slot of youngest child and pick up at slot of oldest child. Works pretty well and makes a huge difference to our traffic congestion.
