The nurse who took this photo said:

“This patient was admitted to the hospital three days ago, and in all this time no family member has come to visit him or take care of him.”

She said she took the photo because every two days, a pigeon would come in and sit on his bed for a few minutes…

Later it was learned that the old man used to feed that pigeon while sitting on a bench in the park near the hospital.

Animals sometimes show more humanity than humans. 🕊️🤍

@TeachJava @Ch_JesusChrist Sometimes there are hang-up w/ permits, etc. I heard the Gilbert, AZ temple was delayed because suddenly the city wanted the church to pay for the electric lines to be buried in front of the temple when it was originally the city's responsibility.

@busy_bee_me I am so sorry! You are not alone. Last year our ward had a special meeting/dinner for all members who have adult children. A counselor was invited st speak about fortifying difficult relationships and loving our children through these hard times.

@MattTestifies @jcdav This really works! Many years ago as a volunteer hostess at the Mesa Temple Christmas lights display we were counseled to bare our testimony of Jesus Christ when someone wanted to argue with us. It brings the spirit in and they can't argue with your testimony. 😁❤️

@MattTestifies It amazes me that people forget or don't believe that Jesus Christ is at the head of His own church and directs its affairs. He is giving us what we need to prepare us for His return. We need to know the doctrine and how to live it.
