Shane Co wanted one shopping bag. We made two: the classic with a burgundy key line and satin ribbon for most US stores, and a die-cut bag in 100% recycled paper for Colorado. We sampled RPET ribbon, paper cord and flat weave handles to get there. #RetailPackaging

The brief: an engagement ring box small enough to hide in a pocket. We built two, a narrow one where the ring turns flat as the lid closes and a taller one where it sits upright, then tested both for size, fit and presentation. #JewelryPackaging

Reuse was never the problem. Everything riding inside the bag was. We rebuilt Rent the Runway's reusable shipper around the warehouse: no poly, no default hanger, wipe clean, about a quarter of the old cost.
