Hello
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport
I need to share my experience with our credit card EMI, because I really feel cheated and I think many people are facing the same thing without knowing.
I used my Axis Bank credit card for ₹78,830, and I spent ₹17,700 more through UPI on the card. I converted both into 12 month EMI. Simple, right?
12 months means 12 EMIs. That's what any normal person will understand.
When I converted, the bank charged me processing fees straight away. ₹1,576 on the first EMI and ₹354 on the second one.
On top of that GST of ₹283 and ₹63.
Fine, I paid all of it. No problem. I thought that's the cost and now everything is clear.
My September bill came to ₹3,690 and my October usage was ₹2,616. Total ₹6,306. I paid it.
But now look what happens.
My statement still shows extra charges of ₹749, ₹168, ₹134 and ₹30.
When I checked, it's interest and GST on interest.
And the EMI schedule doesn't start from 1. It starts from 0 and goes to 12.
Sir, 0 to 12 is 13 installments, not 12. So I'm paying one extra month of interest for a 12 month EMI.
Nobody told me about this "month 0" when I converted.
Nobody said there will be interest charged before the first EMI even starts.
I already paid processing fees and GST on the fees, and now there is interest plus GST on interest for a month that I didn't even sign up for.
I'm not a finance expert.
I'm a normal customer. I write my expenses in my x account and I check every rupee.
When a bank says 12 months, I expect 12 months.
When I pay processing fees, I expect that's the charge for converting.
I don't expect hidden extra charges coming in the next statement with no proper explanation.
These may look like small amounts to a big bank.
₹168 here, ₹749 there, ₹134 GST, ₹30 GST.
But for a common man, every rupee matters. And if this is happening to me, it's happening to thousands of customers.
Add it all up and it's a lot of money taken from people who trusted the bank.
My questions to Axis Bank are simple
Why is my 12 month EMI showing 13 installments, from 0 to 12?
Why was I not clearly told about this extra interest at the time of conversion?
If processing fee and GST are already taken, why am I paying interest and GST again for month 0?
Will you reverse these charges?
I'm not asking for any favour. I'm asking for transparency.
Tell the customer the full cost before conversion, in clear words. Not in small print, not hidden in some schedule that nobody shows us.
To everyone reading this,
before you convert any credit card spend into EMI, ask the bank for the full schedule. Check if it starts from 0 or 1.
Ask about broken period interest.
Ask about GST on interest.
Don't trust the "easy EMI" message, because it's not as easy as it looks.
@AxisBank, I'm waiting for your reply and a proper solution. I hope you fix this not just for me, but for every customer who is paying these extra charges without even knowing.
Honestly, I'm still shock after seeing this video. 💔
At a metro station, a woman looks like she's being pushed towards the tracks, and some people are trying hard to save her.
I had to watch it one more time because I just couldn't believe it.
How can anyone do this to another person?
You're just standing there waiting for your train, and in one second your life is in danger because of someone else.
I don't know the full story, and I won't act like I do.
But I really can't understand how people can be this heartless.
Where has our insaniyat gone?
Maybe I feel things too much, but videos like this really hit me hard.
How can someone put another person's life in danger on purpose and just walk away like nothing happened?

Delhi Ramlila Maidan✨
People from all over the country have already started coming to Delhi in trains and buses. They're joining the big rally against vote chori at Ramlila Maidan.
Many are worried the government might cancel trains just one day before the rally.
That's why people from Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra have left a day early.

Thousands of Muslim families in Assam are going through a very hard time right now, in the world's biggest democracy.
In Nagaon, so many families have seen their homes broken down in front of their eyes.
Their whole life turned upside down, and now they don't know what will happen tomorrow.
And many people are asking, is their only fault that they are Muslim?
Who says being a Muslim in India is easy?

In a court, just before giving the punishment, the lady judge asks the accused one question.
The man gets confused. What will she ask now?
She says, "Were you studying in this school, in this class, in this year?"
He's shocked. How does the judge know all this about him?
Then she says, "I was your classmate. I used to ask you to help me with lessons. We sat in the same class for a whole year. You were a smart student, but you didn't value your time. And today you're standing here getting punished for a crime."
Then she turns to the whole courtroom and says, "Look, here's a real example in front of you. This boy had talent, but he didn't respect his time. He didn't think his time was precious, and time brought him to this place. Today he has nothing left except regret."
The man starts crying badly and says, "Madam, you're right. I was a good student, but I wasted my time. Today I'm paying the price for that."
Time doesn't wait for anyone. Everyone makes mistakes, but taking the right decision at the right time, fixing your mistakes and moving forward, that's real talent.
So value your time, before it's too late. ⏳🙏

ISRO did it again! 🇮🇳🚀
GSLV-F18 rocket safely put the NVS-03 satellite into orbit.
This is the third satellite in India's new navigation system, and it's fully made in India. It will cover up to 1,500 km around India's borders.
Big congrats to the whole ISRO team 🙏

Big news for all YouTubers! 📣
YouTube is testing a new rule that gives creators a second chance.
Until now, if your channel broke the rules too many times, it could get banned permanently, and that was the end of the story. All your hard work, years of videos, subscribers, everything gone.
Now YouTube is trying something different. Before a permanent ban, creators will get 30 days to fix things and save their channel.
In those 30 days you can
• Edit the videos that broke the rules
• Remove those videos completely
• Or simply delete all your videos and start fresh
Honestly, this is a really good move.
Many small creators don't even know which video caused the problem.
Sometimes it's an old video from years back, sometimes a copyright issue they didn't understand, and sometimes just a small mistake.
Losing a whole channel for that felt very unfair.
Think about it.
Someone spends 5 years building a channel, uploading regularly, earning from it, maybe even running their family with that income.
And one day, boom, the channel is gone with no proper chance to fix anything.
That's a big loss for anyone.
With this new policy, at least creators get time to understand the problem and correct it.
It's like getting a warning before the final punishment, which is how it should have been from the start.
But remember, this is still only a test, so not everyone will get it right now.
If it works well, YouTube may roll it out to all creators.
So bhai, if you're a creator, still follow the rules properly.
Don't depend on this second chance. But it's good to know YouTube is finally thinking about creators a little more.
What do you think, is this a good change or should YouTube be even more lenient? Comment and tell me 👇

Reports say North Korea is behind a $6.3 billion hack on Binance.
If that's true, it would be the biggest theft in history.
To put it in perspective, $6.3 billion is more than most famous bank robberies put together. And this was done online, without anyone walking into a building.
North Korea has been linked to many big crypto hacks over the years.
Experts say the money is used to get around sanctions and fund its government programs. Their hacking groups are known to be very organised and patient.
They usually go after exchanges, wallets and the people who work there.
If these reports are confirmed, it's a huge wake-up call for the whole crypto world. Even the biggest exchanges aren't fully safe, and users need to think about where they keep their money.
Simple tips
• Don't keep all your crypto on one exchange
• Use a hardware wallet for long-term holdings
• Turn on 2FA everywhere
• Be careful with links and messages from people you don't know
We're still waiting for official confirmation from Binance. Stay alert and keep your funds safe.
