I often shop at 2nd hand & vintage stores for clothes & bags, but I'm going to try to mainly look at these kinds of stores when getting clothes this year :)

@Ceryk We are. Most store also now charge extra for bags so encourage people to bring reusable ones. But there are still some more "high end" stores that give you tons of unnessisary packaging.
