@AskSmythsToys I purchased a toy last week from you,arrived Monday and is faulty, I have used the contact form on your website to log my complaint, how long will this process be? I’m reluctant to purchase another before I can return this damaged one?
@AskSmythsToys I have been in contact with Leap Frog in regards to a damaged item. They have confirmed via email I can return the item to where I purchased from for replacement. How do I go about this process? Many thanks. Karin
