Here’s how the plan will work - it’s going to be two parts.
1. The county has extended the deadline for the payment of the 1st installment.
2. A 52-cent tax-rate credit will be applied to the 2nd installment due in December.

A HCPS spokeswoman said the school (Varina High) remained in “lock and teach” for the remainder of the day to prevent any further disruptions. #HenricoNews#NBC12

Police say one administrator suffered a non-life threatening injury and was taken to the hospital. HCPS says it was a cut to the forehead. Meanwhile, Taylor Nicholas Goodman, 18, of Henrico, was charged with malicious wounding. #HenricoNews#NBC12
