Stop threatening Raila Odinga and his supporters that you will assasinate him. Remember Rwanda before you tweet. If anything happens to Raila Odinga, we shall hold those politicians tweeting about assasinating him personally responsible. Wait, we shall have no country to hold. If anything happens to Raila Odinga, even if you pour every soldier and every military equipment on to the streets of Nairobi, Sondu, Mombasa, Kisumu you name it, you will not stop the rivers of blood and you will not have enough body bags or even enough gravediggers. You will have no country. It is absolutely irresponsible to even suggest assasinating Raila Odinga or anyone else for that matter. Let Kenyans picket as their constitution allows them to. Let police provide security to picketers on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and even of Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday amen. Let police (even army) protect key installations, key routes. Picketers may walk by as they picket and even exchange hallos with the police (army). In return, Kenyans must picket peacefully for all the reasons they want to picket. You destroy property, you are arrested and face the law. Police should not use live ammunition. Protestors should not stone police. There are many non-lethal means to intervene during mass protests. Pajeros without numberplates must never cruise anywhere again to open fire on human beings. Rubber bullets? Lots of teargas. Plant human intelligence everywhere and watch crowds movements using helicopters (drones) (real-time mobile phone GPS etc) and intervene appropriately without killing a single person. Intelligence that can identify where a school is located before teargas is shot. School children should never again be teargassed. Ensure every man and woman involved in security operations is safe. Security personnel must be provided with safe means of travel towards crowds and a mechanism to extract each one of them in case crowds go wild. It is very sad to watch GSU officers almost getting left behind because their lorry or landcruiser is driving away faster than they can manambaa-jump on to it. No security officer should be at risk of getting left behind. No security officer should die. For what? Let Kenyans picket. Intelligence. Intelligence. Intelligence. No shooting people dead. For what? Protect security personnel. We have been told electricity prices are high also because mafia cartels participate in electricity production. Choose country over mafia and reduce electricity prices. Edible oils? Which other sectors are mafiarised? Choose wananchi over mafia. Even if the former regime made many mistakes, people do not want to hear about it until Jesus Christ comes back. People want intervention into their hunger and thirst, now. They see you as their promise-keepers, now. You promised them intervention correct? Intervene somehow but intervene. Not next year. Now. How? Somehow. Most important for this post: do not even think or dream of assasinating Raila Odinga. Stop threatening Raila Odinga and his supporters. We can politic. We can tell jokes. We can pick sides at times. We can switch sides as we wish. We can be idiots at times. We can comment and be right or wrong. But. When our country is about to fall apart because of reckless assasination threats by politicians. Friends. We shall remember Rwanda. We shall stand to be counted. We must be on the right side of history. We stand guard for Kenya. We are many. We are legion. ⚖️
As I said last week, Ruto is failing as a Head of State and as the father of the nation. Instead of talking to Kenyans in order to give then assurances that he feels them, and also explain the measures he is taking to cushion them from the high prices of commodities that has made the cost of living unbearable, the guy has developed a COMMON PLAN from right inside State House and on Saturday he shared this plan with the MPs.
The president himself, the person who is supposed to be the symbol of our national unity has refused to talk to his citizens and instead he is driving the execution of a plan that can easily lead Kenya into a civil war, with civilians attacking and harming each other.
A president facilitating a war between the people he should be leading, his people is the furthest we have ever fallen as a country 😭.
I keep wondering, if Raila is committing a crime by calling for maandamanos, why not use the police to arrest him and have him charged in a court of law? Simple! And while at it, arrest all the musicians and content creators who are making songs, poetry and other content pieces touching on the burden that has been placed on the mwananchi?
Meanwhile, even before the first month of the new financial year is over, Ruto has already borrowed Ksh 141 billion. On Sunday he will come to a church near you and say that the reason he has not kept his campaign promises and the cost of living is rising every day is because he has decided not to borrow. He will not mention that the reason he pushed through with the draconian Finance Act was so that he could get more loans.
We've won good money over the weekend.
Today is Monday when I award stake to loyal Retweeters. I'll be awarding in the course of the day.
We hope to win more this week. #IpoSiku
