@VerizonSupport No busy signal. Rings several times and goes to voicemail (for the caller.) The phone in the house doesn't ring at all.

@VerizonSupport We do not have battery backup on our system. I've already rebooted the ONT through the app. The phone line is dead again.

@VerizonSupport It was dead air, now a fast busy signal. No errors on the ONT or Modem. Our house alarm shows a trouble signal.
