You can't fathom that a government can be so cruel as to cut out mums like @MadgwickKath and @JennyMi11374978 and others whose children suicide over the ROBODEBT scandal. If government can afford to hand out 25% tax refund back to the gas companies, then they can afford to handsomely to mothers who have fought for years tooth and nails for their deceased children and others.
It’s cost $2.4 billion all up to compensate the Robodebt victims. Those still alive, that is. An outrage. Yet those incompetent thugs Morrison, Robert and Tudge escape scot-free. And their successors have the gall to lecture us on responsible government. https://t.co/B95sKE1sC3
So why did Starmer quit?
I thought he was fulfilling his authoritarian donors wishes just as they liked? You know, Israel & USA.
Or maybe he got a better job offer as a defence lobbyist...
@OneNationAus Protecting Australia from the UN? What? This is utterly unhinged tinfoil hat stuff!
The danger is not the UN the danger is the unwell minds that believe this garbage and believe they should run the country.
OneNation are cooked!
@karlstefanovic John Howard introduced the CGT discount in 1999.
The decade before, house prices tracked income.
After, they decoupled - Howard used the tax system to make investors richer at the expense of first home buyers.
A simple correlation that even Karl Stefanovic could understand.
@Randall87454048 I haven't voted Labor high in my ballot for quite a few years now, and i can't believe in questioning this, but do I start considering my Labor vote below LNP or ON now??
Honestly, what's the difference?!?
Is there anything left from the Gough era?
@cheryl_kernot@tonywalker1@pewresearch At this point I think Labor are all in "ride or die" with all their various lobbyists, regardless of the voting public.
Israel, gas, defence etc, each so unpopular but Labor are locked in.
“How did we go from paper straws to data centres?”
Because no one listened to the environmentalists who said unchecked corporate pollution was the bigger issue.
