NEW: Minnesota election judge sentenced jail time after allowing 11 unregistered people to vote in the 2024 general election.

Timothy Michael Scouton, 65, was sentenced to 30 days in the Hubbard County Jail. He was also placed on supervised probation for five years.

He was charged with accepting votes from unregistered voters and neglecting to carry out the duties required of an election officer.

In America, in 2026, a federal judge just ruled that the government is NOT ALLOWED to check whether the people voting in our elections are actually American citizens.
