Project Complete: Pottery Cottage, Boughton Under Blean, Kent.

Clague Architects were appointed by a private client in 2018 for RIBA stages 2-6. The brief set by the client was to refurbish and extend the existing dwelling to create annexe accommodation.

Created for City Impact the hub will provide a café/kitchen area, indoor seating area, game zone, movie zone, chill zone and WC, and a sheltered external terrace.
