@Goodable In 2016 when my car was hit by a loose wheel from an oncoming trailer, she came to get me from my car, checked that I was uninjured and waited until a friend arrived to come and take me home since my car was not driveable. I never got her name but still think of her often 💜

@turnipseeds @VIA_Rail I booked train tickets online, paid with points - got backwards facing seats but was easily able to change them online myself. Try my travel agent's tactic- when she gets an answer that doesn't make sense, she calls back to speak to someone else- has worked every time so far
