@TFesalbon I was thinking about how one of our guest speakers spoke about trauma training! He told his story about the girl in his class that always had ‘tantrum’s’ and moved so much because everyone gave up on her:( I was thinking training for the teachers!

I’d advocate for numerous things.. higher teacher pay (of course), push for teaching programs to be spread across the nation that mimic ‘clinical trials’ (just like STR), and implement trauma training... I think that’s really important #TAPUW

The most challenging part of teaching seems to be... um so many things!! I think getting your students to not see you as a ‘book of answers’ is hard & personally I think planning is hard because you never know where a discussion might pop up #TAPUW
