Grateful to Reporter @TimCalWMUR, Hearst Media and @WMUR9 for including me in their documentary "Lost Innocence: The Tragedy of Harmony Montgomery." The true story of a broken and defective child protection system is told now in my book "A Cruel Injustice" with @BlairMillerTV and @BobbittMiller and in this documentary. Let's hope lawmakers will finally listen before more children die. Hearst will air this on its streaming App @verylocaltv around the country starting this Wednesday 11/13.

No governmental or judicial official will respond positively to the concerns of the adoptive dad's of Harmony Montgomery's brother. No one contacted them about sibling visitation. They just ignore them when they advocate for change. Twice, lawmakers have killed the Harmony Commission bill. Massachusetts wants to put her brutal murder in the past. Read the dads' story in " A Cruel Injustice" now on Amazon and Barnes & Noble online.

Looking forward to being at the Tatnuck Bookseller in Westborough MA on National Adoption Day 11/23 to tell Harmony's story. It will be exactly five years to the day I finalized her brother Jamison's adoption in my court. Sadly, none of us knew then that Harmony was murdered by her father two weeks after Jamison was adopted. There is still no change in policy in Massachusetts as more child injuries and fatalities continue to happen. As Jamison's dads have asked, "What will it take to make the change?
If you are in the area come join me. Ask questions. Tell me your story.
"A Cruel Injustice is available online on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Profits are donated to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
Bryan Kohberger defense is arguing the death penalty should be taken off the table because "there is no means of execution" right now.
Judge is clarifying the protocol is lethal injection and firing squad as a second option.
JUST IN: Sean "Diddy" Combs accused of r*ping a 13-year-old girl while 2 celebrities watched at a VMA afterparty
The girl was dropped off by a friend at Music Hall in NYC before being noticed by a man who claimed to be Diddy's limo driver
The following is extremely disturbing:
The limo driver allegedly told the girl that Diddy "liked younger girls" and that she "fit what Diddy was looking for."
This incident allegedly happened in 2000 and the girl was forced to sign an NDA.
Later on in the evening, the girl was taken to Diddy by the driver. She was given a drink at the after-party and began feeling woozy.
She went into a room to lie down but did not lock the door.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy eventually entered the room with two celebrities, one a man and one a woman.
"Celebrity A" held the girl down and r*ped her while Combs and "Celebrity B," a female, watched.
After Celebrity A was done, Combs r*ped the girl while the other 2 watched.
Combs then allegedly tried to force the girl to give him oral s*x but she struck him in the neck.
She wandered around the house with no clothes on until she eventually found an exit.
The following video was recently resurfaced, appearing to show Diddy checking for a wire on Justin Bieber.
