I wonder many cars travelling on the road are issued e-pass but I don't think so. Another danger with plying cars is the speed they drive. They drive like in the Indian plain road especially road between Chorten to Taba double lane way. @DRUKPOLRBP

@passangyt Not surprised! We’ve same legacy everywhere. One of them is Thimphu City planning(UP). Every road is diverted to one point and we are having terrible traffic jam these days when only one part of road is being widened. We saw the condition of our drainage system in rainy season.
