This type of hoops drives me batshit crazy…
It goes against everything taught. Crash the glass hard, turn, find your man, put a body on them & box out
Brunson knows exactly what he’s doing. 0 intention of boxing out. EVERY intention of drawing the foul.
The Pistons don't flop.
They don't foul-bait.
They don't throw their head backwards, flail their arms, fall to the ground on the slightest contact.
The don't kick their legs forward on jump shots.
And the Pistons are actively punished for not doing those things.
Incredible.

Yaxel Lendeborg will go down as the greatest to ever put on a Michigan Basketball jersey in one year.
“Dawg, we got two games left. I’m going.”
“I wanna win a championship.”
LJ Cason & his entire ‘camp’ gave him real advice. They said sit the rest of the season. You sprained your ankle and knee. This could turn out worse than it already is. You’re scarifying MILLIONS and your entire FUTURE to play.
He didn’t give a shit. He wasn’t sitting these last two games, even if it meant tearing something worse.
1.01 in my eyes man
Do you guys remember when Michigan Arizona was supposed to be the game of the century, 2 top kenpom 10 teams ever playing each other in the final four, pick em, Arizona closed as 1 pt favorites, everyone picked Arizona and then Michigan won by 50 and was up 50 all game
In the kenpom era there’s only one ncaa champion that had a winning percentage > 90% and a top ten strength of schedule.
2026 Michigan (and the strength of schedule was #1)
This championship is for all those, past and present, who have worn the Michigan jersey and all those who have been a part of our basketball family. We are all National Champions! 🏆
