1. I never said you lied, you should have been more objective about the general effect of having the MMDCE and the MP coming from different parties in an area rather playing the partisan stunts of deliberately making these whole thing about NDC. Please we are no more practicing that archaic politics in this big 2026 especially from your side that claims you will dwell on facts in your communication this is just petty and amateurish deceit and you must grow past this…
2. You heard her loud and clearly explaining why she didn’t approve his request. Now per the local governance and the PFM acts , you can’t carry out or spend money on any activity or project which is not in the Annual Action Plan of the Assembly. This is why the MP ought to act as the bigger person in this case knowing very that without her approval you can’t spend your own MP common fund and because he is not cooperating, he obviously did not submit those projects and activities to be incorporated into the Action Plan as he has never engaged the Assembly for the past two years hence he can never spend. So why do you blame and even bring the NDC in this?
The law is the law and all must respect it. If you don’t cooperate you can’t spend this is the law and not about Ebi Bright… She didn’t create the law, Parliament did so the MP ought to have known better!!!
