@mrdtsky @PublicStorage They told me to email and the email said to call which put me back to the storage manager. It's a loop. They like to act like they are trying to help on social but they do nothing. My rent went from $592 to $820!!! Predatory increases. #publicstorage does not care!

@TeddyWynton @PublicStorage My @PublicStorage rent increase was insane. It went from $592 to $820 a month for a building that has NO air conditioning and is run down. I could rent 4 units for that price in the same building! They really don't care about people.

@PublicStorage I emailed you. I was told to call a number which routed me back to my storage manager. I've left multiple messages and do not get a response. When I talked to her a week ago she said she would try to do something and then...CRICKETS! I need HELP!

@aliciamarie112 @PublicStorage Mine went up by $230.00 without any notice. They admitted they sent the letter to the wrong address and lied about sending me an email. Loyal customer for many years and I just get "we can raise rates if we want." Predatory.

@duffielddaniel @PublicStorage Mine went up by $230.00 a month. No notice. An almost 50% rate increase. It's predatory. It's price gouging. I'm reading comment after comment here so apparently they are doing this to all their customers.

@KaylaNicolette @PublicStorage They raised ours by $230.00. Almost 50% rate increase - without notice. The virtual assistant said "Since we are month to month, the rental agreement states that you may receive a rate increase at any time." Nice customer service.

@ltobin55 @PublicStorage You are lucky. Our price increase was $230.00! We got zero notice. Apparently @PublicStorage is just going after all their customers this month apparently. Ours was a 50% increase. I don't know another company that does a 50% increase. I can't afford this at all.

@FunkoPopHunters I was refreshing over and over and got it the second it went on sale and it was sold out before I could purchase. Was logged in and payment ready to go. Something is fishy with this one.
