@tiredfeminist_ I too got pregnant with an IUD (Paraguard) to be exact and it moved out of my uterus making it difficult to have it removed. So I carried my preemie blessing to 34 weeks and had her via Caesarean section. The iUD was located near her tiny right foot upon delivery.
