I am trying to stream live tv channel 215. After about 10 seconds, the screen goes black. This has been happening all morning. All other channels are streaming just fine. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app on my media box but the problem persists with the channel.
@officialdstvsa Is support for smart tvs now being ended? Are we now required to invest in Streama boxes instead? Looking forward to some clarity. Thank you. (2/2)
@officialdstvsa hello there. I have an LG smart tv which is no longer able to run the DStv app. LG customer support are aware of the problem and have reached out to DStv but they are not getting any feedback from DStv on how to get the issue resolved. (1/2)
