@AAACares 48 hrs ago sitting in the pouring rain, 3rd call to AAA to get status of my tow only to be told that AAA didn’t have a contract to tow a mbike in the area. U asked, I DMd call ID and contact info and never heard from you. Just public facing on X and meant nothing?

@AAACares Also was just informed after my THIRD call to check status of the tow that AAA doesn’t have a contract with anyone who can tow a motorcycle!! Why was I not told this hours and hours ago? It’s dark now and have to leave my bike overnight at a gas station and hope it isn’t stolen!

@AAACares five hour wait and counting for a tow truck just outside Hartford Connecticut is obscene. I’ve never in 25 years of having this service been in this situation! You need to improve this service and I need to be somewhere safe before dark
