Walked into a cafe and saw this: Workspace Rental Charges, ₹99/hr.

Nobody was sitting there working. Not one person.

The problem is real. Cafes can't absorb a five-hour, one-coffee visitor. But pricing the awkwardness out loud doesn't invite people in. It repels them.

Here's an idea: Automatically adjust app icon sizes based on how frequently we use them. For a brain-numbed case like me, this would visually help navigate the plethora of apps on the phone. A play with opacity would work too. #UIDesign
