Here is the glimpse of her journey in web3 space….

She did not enter Web3 via a whitepaper.

She entered via a Facebook message from a random person.

Her web3 journey begins not in a boardroom or at a conference, but at home - a mother trying to find a way to support her family while still being present for her children.

That random message opened a door she didn't know existed, and she walked through it.

What she discovered on the other side was an industry that was new, volatile, misunderstoodd by mainstream media, and almost completely male-dominated.

So she had to work twice as hard to secure a seat at a table that was not designed with her in mind.

Most people in that position either leave or shrink, but Krystelle built her own table.

She progressed from virtual assistant to Web3 marketing leader.

Through a decade of navigating an industry that kept shifting the goalposts, redefining itself, and demanding more from those who refused to abandon it.

The turning point in her life was not a title or a campaign. It was a realization.

“Web3 is not solely about technology. It's all about empowerment and access.” And the moment that realization landed, everything she was building found its direction.

That direction became @cryptofemale_

A platform aimed at bringing more women to the cryptocurrency space.

Not as a side project. But as a mission. Because she understood from the inside what most people only see from the outside "When women are absent from a space, the space loses more than it knows."

More than a decade later, she says it clearly:

"It's no longer about salary or position. You are driven to make a significant contribution to people and this industry. You want to prove something to yourself.”

That sentence does not come from someone seeking recognition. It comes from someone who already has it but realized it wasn't what drove her.

The recognition came after the work -

From law school to the Web3 arena.

This is the story of a tech-savvy lawyer who takes a multidisciplinary approach and explores various paths.
and refusing to stay in one box.

Her journey began as a law student who had always felt drawn to the future. She enjoyed law, but she was also drawn to art, science, ideas, innovation, and what technology was doing to human creativity. This naturally drew her into intellectual property and technology law.

One of the earliest turning point in her life was the publication of a paper titled The intersection of the Right to Resale Royalty and NFTs in India. This drew the attention of technology law firms across India, and it led to opportunities for her to intern with top firms. It was one of the first times she realized that following her intellectual curiosity into unfamiliar territory was not a detour. It was a path.

Her early challenge was being multidisciplinary, exploring different paths, and refusing to fit into a neat box, which traditional mentors and employers did not always appreciate. As a result, her path could occasionally be fraught with uncertainty, skepticism, and discomfort.

She was moving across law, technology, policy, strategy, startups, and creative experimentation in a way that did not fit established expectations.
But she didn’t struggle very much with self-doubt. She was always deeply invested in the process itself. She pursued what interested her and held to the belief that eventually everything would come together.

She found a family at 10 Leaves, where she currently serves as legal counsel. It is a place where she feels seen and appreciated for the multifaceted Web3 person she is.

A particularly transformative moment for her was being part of the organizing team for a hackathon on virtual assets in 2025 and a distinguished group of judges, including Ruben Bombardi of VARA and participants from across the UAE ecosystem.

Some people discover their path by doing what is expected.

And then there are people like Andal, who followed her intellectual curiosity into every room she found interesting, regardless of whether anyone had a neat label for what she was doing.
