@TriciaRansom It is a device with 8 sides that you identify with a catergory. You have the app on your phone or computer and "flip" the device to the category and the app tracks the time for you. It transmits via Blutooth. I misstyped it's Timelar

A2) I love giving tech/tool as gifts. I gave my (at the time) 11 year old son self teaching computer programming CDs ...he did nothing but these for months! He is now an application developer: )

What worked (keep doing)
What didn't work ( how to we correct/improve)
and what new ideas or thoughts do we have about how to implement the next project.

@megbertapelle Solve the stakeholders problem...YES... sometimes it does take a lot of discovery with the stakeholders to REALLY understand what the underlying cause for the problem is. And... the solution may not be training or eLearning...
