Pero que va a pasar! Si la tipa a la que tienen "encargada" la presidencia del pais, quien lleva en sus hombros una historia como Alta Responsable de Crimenes de Lesa Humanidas, corrupcion, trafico de Oro, etc, esta hoy en Nueva York para hablar como Jefa de Estado, cargo que NINGUN VENEZOLANO le otorgó.

¡Basta de impunidad y farsas judiciales en el estado Zulia!

🚨 En Venezuela se condena por "ÓRDENES DE ARRIBA" mientras se entierran los Derechos Humanos.

​Isidro Navarro Sánchez fue entregado moribundo, en estado vegetal y en condiciones inhumanas tras sufrir en los calabozos de la GNB de Machiques. Agonizó 10 días y murió.

Hoy, la respuesta del sistema es condenar a tres sobrevivientes a 24 años, 6 meses y 7 días de cárcel mediante un expediente viciado, sembrando pruebas y sin una sola evidencia real.

​Señalo directamente la complicidad y responsabilidad de:
⚖️ Rosa María Fernández Abreu (Jueza del Tribunal 5to de Juicio) por sembrar evidencia falsa y responsable directa de la muerte de Isidro Navarro Sánchez.

⚖️ Fernando José Sánchez Carballo (Fiscal 23) por callar ante esta injusticia y avalar cada atropello.

⚖️ Leivys Azuaje Toledo (Presidente del Circuito Judicial Penal del Zulia) por omitir su deber y permitir estas atrocidades en el Palacio de "Justicia" de Maracaibo.

⚖️ Señalo a todos los funcionarios públicos (magistrados, jueces, fiscales, presidentes de circuito judicial, funcionarios actuantes) que han tenido la oportunidad de detener esta aberración judicial y actuaron contrario a la ley.

​Exigimos el fin de esta farsa, justicia para Isidro y la LIBERTAD INMEDIATA para los tres seres humanos que aún corren peligro en el mismo calabozo de donde sacaron a Isidro en estado vegetal.

Hoy recordamos a Génesis Carmona.

Tenía 22 años. Era estudiante y Miss Turismo Carabobo 2013. Recibió un disparo en la cabeza mientras participaba en una protesta estudiantil en 2014. Murió al día siguiente.

Mientras Delcy Rodríguez está en Nueva York, nosotros NO olvidamos a quienes perdieron la vida durante años de represión.

🇺🇳 La ONU acaba de poner nombre a la realidad venezolana: hubo liberaciones y disminuyó parte de la represión, pero el aparato que la hizo posible sigue INTACTO. Persisten las leyes represivas, los cuerpos de inteligencia, los colectivos, la impunidad y funcionarios señalados por graves violaciones. Y hay un dato imposible de ignorar: 64 nuevos casos de tortura documentados después del 3 de enero.

Menos represión no significa Estado de derecho. El verdadero cambio comienza cuando se desmonta la maquinaria que permite volver a ejercerla.

Before welcoming its new “partner,” it is worth remembering what Delcy Rodríguez said about the United States from that very same podium.

Now that reports indicate that unelected Delcy Rodríguez plans to travel to New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly and hold high-level meetings, perhaps Washington could use a small refresher before welcoming its new interlocutor. The visit was reported by Bloomberg and subsequently picked up by Reuters, although Reuters noted that it had not yet been able to independently confirm it.

Delcy Rodríguez, after all, knows that podium well. On September 27, 2019, speaking from the hall of the United Nations General Assembly, she did not exactly describe the United States as a future partner.

She accused the U.S. government of trying to destroy the Venezuelan model in order to preserve what she called its “capitalist supremacy,” and portrayed Washington’s policy toward Latin America as an extension of the Monroe Doctrine, designed to keep the region as its backyard.

She described U.S. sanctions as illegal, contrary to international law, and constituting a massive violation of human rights; accused Washington of unlawfully seizing Venezuelan assets; and argued that the purpose of the economic pressure was to “strangle” the economy in order to bring the Venezuelan people to their knees.

But she went considerably further. Rodríguez told the United Nations that a new form of “state terrorism” had emerged, one that no longer required bombs, and attributed that terrorism to the financial mechanisms used by the United States. She called the U.S. Department of the Treasury “the economic Pentagon” and accused it of militarizing international relations, punishing millions of innocent people, imposing regime change, and seizing the resources of other nations.

She also described U.S. policy toward Venezuela as “economic terrorism” and characterized the financial blockade as a “shameless theft” of Venezuelan resources. She attributed “supremacist hatred” to the Trump administration and even questioned whether the United States could consider itself a democracy with sufficient moral authority to judge other countries. Her advice to Washington from that same podium was unequivocal: “less arrogance and more tolerance.”

She did not stop there. She accused the United States of having supported the 2002 attempt to overthrow Hugo Chávez, portrayed Washington’s policy toward Venezuela as part of a strategy aimed at bringing about regime change, and claimed that the United States had historically used armed and paramilitary groups to overthrow governments that escaped its sphere of influence.

Toward the end of her speech, she once again accused the U.S. government of using sanctions as a weapon of domination and civilian suffering as an instrument for political gain. When she quoted statements by U.S. officials about the economic effects of pressure on Venezuela, she described them as a “criminal confession.”

Then came perhaps her gravest accusation of all: she called on the United Nations to investigate what she described as the “heinous violations” of its Charter committed, in her view, by the United States, and characterized them as “crimes against humanity against Venezuela and the entire world.” She then demanded an end to what she called the U.S. government’s “abusive actions.”

Finally, she addressed Trump himself, denouncing what she called the “arrogant supremacist rhetoric” of his government, demanding an immediate change of course, and insisting that the United States abide by international law.

And here it is worth pausing over a contradiction that her speech left unmentioned. While Rodríguez was accusing the United States of massive human rights violations and crimes against humanity, she had served since 2018 as Venezuela’s Executive Vice President, at the highest levels of a state apparatus that had already been cited by the United Nations for arbitrary detention, torture, and other cruel treatment; the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights had also documented that SEBIN reported to the Vice Presidency. The subsequent Independent International Fact-Finding Mission investigated extrajudicial executions, enforced disappearances, arbitrary detention, torture, and sexual violence, and concluded that there were reasonable grounds to believe that some of those acts could constitute crimes against humanity.

That documentation does not place her on the margins of that apparatus of power, but at its very apex: it requires that her 2019 accusations be read in light of the political and institutional responsibility she exercised from one of the highest positions within a structure implicated in grave human rights violations.

State terrorism. Economic Pentagon. Theft of resources. Supremacist hatred. Preparation for armed aggression. Criminal confession. Crimes against humanity.

That is what Delcy Rodríguez said about the United States from the United Nations General Assembly on September 27, 2019.

It might not be a bad idea for someone in the U.S. administration, somewhere between the meetings, the oil, and the diplomatic photo ops, to listen again to those thirty-five minutes. Every new partnership should know its partners’ record.

La detención de Javier Oropeza es un grave retroceso para la transición en Venezuela.

Que un opositor regrese al país después de más de dos años en el exilio y termine detenido apenas 48 horas después demuestra que el aparato de persecución sigue vivo.

No puede haber una transición real con las mismas estructuras que durante años persiguieron, encarcelaron y silenciaron a los venezolanos.

La audiencia de apelación del caso Operación David o conocida como Paramacay se realizó el 26 de agosto y el plazo para conocer la decisión está llegando a su fin.

También hay un país entero esperando....

🆘 Hoy hablo como madre.‼️

Como una mujer de 75 años que vive con el corazón roto por la injusticia.
Mi hijo, el Cnel Daniel Morón, está preso injustamente en Venezuela.
Y mientras él permanece encarcelado, su padre está gravemente enfermo, convaleciente… esperando volver a ver a su hijo antes de que sea demasiado tarde.

¿Cuánto sufrimiento más tiene que soportar una familia?

¿Cuántas madres más deben llorar en silencio?

No queremos más casos como los de Víctor Hugo Quero Navas.

No queremos más madres enfermando, perdiendo la vida consumidas por el dolor, la impotencia y la ausencia de sus hijos.

Yo también soy una madre mayor.
Y sé lo que significa despertar cada día con la angustia de no saber si volverás a abrazar a tu hijo.
No pido privilegios.
Pido humanidad.
Pido compasión.
Pido justicia.

Queremos que el trato humanitario y las medidas otorgadas a las personas liberadas por el caso PDVSA Obrero sean extensivos a los militares que permanecen privados de libertad.
Mi esposo enfermo quiere ver a su hijo.

Yo quiero ver a mi hijo libre.
Mi familia quiere recuperar un pedazo de vida que le fue arrebatado.
Le pido al mundo, a las autoridades y a toda conciencia humana que no permanezcan indiferentes.
Detrás de cada preso político hay una madre que espera, una familia que resiste y un profundo clamor de justicia.
